About Dr Marina OBGYN
My Mission
I have been an OBGYN and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa for over 30 years, providing care to women during all stages of life. My passion is patient education and I take a holistic functional approach to patient care. With this aim I am developing online courses to give patients the most up to date fullsome information in various areas in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. My first course is called Biohack Your Fertility where you will learn proven lifestyle strategies to help you increase your chance of having a healthy pregnancy.

This live online four-month course with one weekly evening webinar is geared to anyone planning to get pregnant in the future who wishes to have more information regarding improving their fertility and chance of having a healthy pregnancy. We start with an in-depth description of male and female reproductive physiology. We will then review the most up-to-date lifestyle strategies to improve fertility including the use of nutrigenomics in determining dietary and supplement choices.
