There are moments in life that remind us why we do what we do. My book launch for Optimize Your Fertility Naturally: A Holistic Guide to Achieving a Healthy Pregnancy at Nutrichem pharmacy on June 25th was one of those moments.
Whether you joined us at Nutrichem, purchased a copy on Amazon, shared one of my posts, or simply cheered me on from afar, thank you. Your encouragement has meant more than I can express.

am also incredibly grateful that the book has already reached #1 Best Seller on Amazon in Men’s Sexual Health and Infertility. To me, this is more than a ranking. It tells me that people are eager for trustworthy, evidence-based information about fertility and preconception health. That gives me tremendous hope.
The evening itself was everything I had hoped it would be.
Nutrichem was the perfect venue, bringing together family, friends, colleagues, healthcare professionals, patients, and members of the community who all share a passion for health and wellness. Guests enjoyed an outstanding selection of appetizers and desserts prepared by Thyme and Again Caterers, while the beautiful music of the Festival Duo created a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the evening.
One lucky guest went home with a wonderful wellness gift basket valued at $350, generously donated by Nutrichem. But perhaps the greatest gift of the evening was the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people.
One of my favourite moments was signing books and speaking personally with readers. Some shared stories of infertility or pregnancy loss. Others told me about their IVF journeys, egg freezing decisions, or hopes of starting a family in the future. Parents and grandparents purchased books for their children, recognizing that some of the most important fertility decisions are made years before someone ever tries to conceive.
Those conversations reminded me exactly why I wrote this book.
After more than 35 years as an obstetrician-gynecologist, I have seen firsthand how overwhelming fertility information can be. Too often, couples only begin searching for answers after months—or even years—of disappointment. Yet there is so much we can do to optimize our health before pregnancy.
My goal was never simply to write another fertility book.
My goal was to empower people with practical, evidence-based information that helps them understand their bodies, identify modifiable risk factors, and take an active role in their reproductive health. Fertility is not just about getting pregnant—it is a reflection of overall health. Every positive change we make today has the potential to improve not only fertility but also pregnancy outcomes and the lifelong health of future children.
Watching so many books leave the room that evening was incredibly meaningful—not because of the number sold, but because each book represents another opportunity to educate, inspire, and perhaps even change someone’s future.
Knowledge has the power to change lives, but only when it is shared.
If you know someone who hopes to have children one day—even if they are not yet thinking about pregnancy—I hope you will consider sharing this book with them. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give is information before it is needed.
If you weren’t able to attend the launch, I hope these photos give you a glimpse of what was truly a joyful and memorable evening. The celebration may be over, but the conversation is only beginning.
I look forward to continuing to connect with many more of you through upcoming speaking engagements, podcasts, blogs, and social media as we work together to help individuals and couples optimize their fertility naturally.

Finally, my heartfelt thanks go to everyone who made the evening possible—to Nutrichem for hosting such a beautiful event, Thyme and Again Caterers for the exceptional food, the Festival Duo for the wonderful music, the volunteers who helped everything run so smoothly, and every person who attended, purchased a book, or has supported me along this journey.
This launch was not the finish line.
It was the beginning of a much larger mission: helping people understand that fertility is a vital sign of health, and that by taking care of ourselves today, we can build healthier families for generations to come.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
